What routes in UTA are FREE? Are the routes 21 miles long? couple miles wide? Cover entire cities?
BOTH systems use the same tax base. So what is the difference? Wages off the charts for the UTA BIG WIGS! UTA top dogs have VULGAR compensation. It is a MASS transit system. CVTD is PUBLIC transportation, a PUBLIC service. UTA is DESIGNED to make a profit! A public service shouldn't be designed to make a profit!
In countries where PUBLIC transportation is nearly the only way to get around, it is dirt cheap. AS IT SHOULD BE!
Mass transit is expensive and designed to be so. Whom does the UTA serve? Public or it's own board of trustees and director?
